The Sani Suite Collection: which hotel has which suites

The Suite Collection is a formal booking class rather than a marketing phrase. On Sani’s own site it sits alongside “Room” and “Suite” as one of three tiers, and it covers thirty-eight categories across the five hotels. Their line for it is “Luxury of More”.

But there is something the brochure will not tell you plainly, and it is the single most useful thing to know before you start looking: the suite inventory varies enormously between the hotels. One of them has three-bedroom suites and two of them do not. One has no private pools at all. If you have a family of six or seven, that narrows your options considerably, and it narrows them before you have even thought about which beach you prefer.

So here it is set out properly.

What the Suite Collection includes

• Worth establishing first, because two of these are new this year and they are the reason we push the Collection over the tier below it.
• New for 2026: complimentary private airport transfers, both ways. Thessaloniki is a fifty-minute drive, so this is a real inclusion.
• New for 2026: a Kids’ Supper Club. Children aged 4 to 12 get a buffet dinner and supervised activities for three hours, booked in advance.
• A dedicated e-concierge team who contact you before arrival to arrange dining, activities and requests. Selected suites also get a personal concierge on arrival.
• Your own exclusive area on the beach, plus a Sani beach bag.
• Priority booking for dining and activities, including the Michelin-starred menus, before and during your stay.
• Explore in Style, a complimentary private Volvo chauffeur tour, and complimentary in-resort transfers, which matters across a thousand acres.
• Children’s perks provided: wooden cots, bottle warmers and sterilisers, buggies and strollers, BabyBjorn relaxers.
• À la carte in-room dining, Anne Semonin toiletries, a laundry allowance of eight items per stay, upgraded towels and a pillow menu.
• One important caveat we will come back to at the end: not every suite that looks like a family suite is in the Collection.

The three hotels, side by side

Porto Sani

The strongest family hotel at Sani, and the only one of the three that can take a large family properly.

It is genuinely all-suite: 148 suites, no standard rooms anywhere in the hotel. Sani describe it as “a re-imagined hotel concept focused on young families who want to holiday in luxury”, which for once is a fair account of what it is. Two lagoon-style pools, two dedicated children’s pools, a toddler splash pad, and a recently extended Kids Club and Crèche.

The three-bedroom suites are the reason to look here. At 145m² they have three separate bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private living room with a dining corner. Sani describe them as suiting up to six adults and one child, or two adults and five children up to the age of 12, which is a useful way to think about the flexibility. There is a version with a private pool and a version with a grand balcony.

Two things people miss. The restaurants include El Puerto by two-Michelin-starred Andoni Luis Aduriz, and Elia, which hosts Sani Gourmet. And if you are travelling with a baby, Carol Mae baby consulting is complimentary to every Porto Sani suite guest, for families with children aged 0 to 2. That is a hotel-wide benefit rather than a Suite Collection one, so you get it whichever tier you book.

Sani Club

The quiet one, and our recommendation if seclusion matters more than scale.

It sits at the far end of the resort, surrounded by nature and set in ancient olive groves, now connected to everything else by a walkable promenade served by club cars. The accommodation is bungalow-led, which is unusual across the estate, and Sani call them “spacious beachfront bungalows offer the ultimate in privacy”.

The two-bedroom bungalow suites are the strongest product here: 100m² to 120m², sleeping five or six, and four of the Suite Collection categories have their own private pool and garden, one of them heated. There is also a new Two Bedroom Suite Private Garden Sea View at 100m² this season.

But two bedrooms is the ceiling. There is no three-bedroom product at Sani Club at all. If you need three separate bedrooms, this hotel is not the answer regardless of how much you like the look of it, and we would rather you knew that now.

Also worth flagging: there is a heated infinity pool with a dedicated children’s pool nearby, a spa with a hammam, and a water sports centre. It is a family hotel as well as a quiet one, not one at the expense of the other.

Sani Dunes

Different proposition entirely, and we would only recommend it in specific circumstances.

The headline asset is remarkable: the largest heated lagoon-style swimming pool in Greece, 3,500m², whose perimeter wraps the building so most rooms have direct waterside access. Fresco here is by Michelin-starred Ettore Botrini, there is a spa, and the marina is a few minutes away.

The positioning is deliberately grown-up. Sani describe “the grown-up atmosphere of this hotel” and say “All bars and restaurants at Sani Dunes are made with grown-ups in mind”. It is not adults only, and children are welcome, but it is not built around them.

For the Suite Collection specifically, the limitations are sharp. There is no two-bedroom or three-bedroom suite at Sani Dunes, and no private pool inventory anywhere in the hotel. Children get 85% off rather than staying free.

So: an excellent recommendation for two adults who want that pool and that atmosphere. Not a recommendation for a family needing separate bedrooms.

One name worth checking

All three of these hotels sell something called a Family Suite, and at Sani Club, Porto Sani and Sani Dunes those interconnecting Family Suites sit in the Suite tier, not in the Sani Suite Collection.

They are two smaller units joined by an interconnecting door, and they are perfectly good rooms. But they do not carry the private airport transfers, the concierge, the exclusive beach area or the Kids’ Supper Club. If you book one expecting Suite Collection benefits, you will not get them.

This is the most common mistake we see people make at Sani, and it is entirely the fault of the naming rather than the reader.
