Dining is within the main Plantation House, with the international Grill Room, the all-day Bistro with its own bar and pizza oven and a daily four-course Garden Buffet, plus 24-hour room service and picnic lunch boxes. There is an enclosed swimming pool, a garden terrace and acres of coffee plantation, with a coffee theme throughout.
