Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef sits in the dunes of Cape Range National Park on the North West Cape near Exmouth, about 50 metres from the UNESCO-listed Ningaloo Reef, with airport transfers from Learmonth included. It has 16 eco-luxury safari tents, 15 plus a honeymoon tent, each with a private deck, a hammock, a jarrah bed and an eco-ensuite.
Dining is all-inclusive, with the Lodge as the social heart, daily-evolving chef menus, communal long-table meals and dinners under the stars, and a help-yourself bar with WA wines, beers and spirits included. Wellness comes through disconnection, nature immersion and stargazing rather than a spa, and there is no pool, with the reef for swimming and snorkelling. Experiences include guided gorge walks, guided snorkelling at Turquoise Bay, kayaking, SUP, turtle encounters and stargazing, with paid add-ons for whale-shark swims in season and humpback whale swims. Part of Journey Beyond, it suits couples, honeymooners and nature and adventure travellers who want an off-grid, remote reef eco-luxury escape.
