Dining runs across four restaurants, from the all-day Brasserie and the Chinese Billiards Room to the Japanese Armoury and the Walled Garden Glasshouse with wood-fired pizzas and Indian dishes, plus seasonal pop-ups. Eynsham Baths is a 3,000-square-metre Roman-inspired bathhouse spa in ancient woodland, with a tepidarium bathing hall, five pools, ten treatment rooms and a signature thermal journey, alongside a 25-metre outdoor pool on the South Terrace.
